TASTE Party Brings Lesbian Flavor to Downtown Atlanta

If there's one thing that's sorely missing in the LGBTQ+ community, it's lesbian spaces. Atlanta has My Sister's Room and the Traxx Girls promoters, but when compared to the rest of the masc-dominated bar scene of ATL queer nightlife, a girl needs more options!

Right in the heart of Downtown, a new scene has (not so) quietly been forming. Created in 2014, TASTE began with a mission to bring women together in a safe and celebratory environment that could showcase the talents of local female artists.

Co-producers Toni Williams and Marcella Campbell encourage all members of the Queer community to come out and join in on the fun. "Even though T A S T E is a lesbian driven event, our family includes the whole LGBTQ community. Therefore, we pride ourselves on creating an atmosphere that is safe and non-discriminatory."
